- Una vez que hierva, dejar cocinar por 10 minutos a fuego alto, luego, dejar a fuego bajito tapado por 15 min más, como cuando cocinar arroz muy despacio. Y listo! Servir bien calentito y con un poco de ají extra si eres picante como yo 🤭
