  1. 800 gr carne molida
  2. 1 huevo
  3. 3 cucharadas harina de trigo o de maíz
  4. 1/2 cebolla
  5. 1/2 pimentón
  6. 1 ramita cebolla china
  7. Al gusto Sal, pimienta y comino
  8. Para la Salsa
  9. 3 tomates
  10. 1/2 cebolla
  11. 1/2 pimentón
  12. 1 cucharada salsa de soya o sillao
  13. 1 hojita laurel
  14. Al gusto orégano

Steps to make to make Albóndigas

  1. Picamos la cebolla, el pimentón y la cebolla china en trocitos chiquiticos luego colocamos la carne en un recipiente y le agregamos la sal, pimienta y comino y todos los aliños que anteriormente picamos.
  2. Para la salsa: en una olla colocamos, 3 tomates picados en gajos, 1/2 cebolla picada en gajos, 1/2 pimentón picado en tiras, 1 cucharada de salsa de soya o sillao, 1 hojita de laurel y orégano al gusto. Ponemos a cocinar y cuando esté bien cocida y haya evaporado el agua, bajar del fuego dejar reposar y licuar.
  3. Adicionalmente a eso le agregamos el huevo y la harina de a poco y amasamos hasta conseguir mezclar todos los ingredientes y que la carne este compacta. Hay que ir agregando poco a poco la harina ya que la cantidad dependerá de la consistencia que se tenga en el amasado. Ya con la consistencia deseada empezamos a hacer nuestras bolitas según el tamaño que uds quieran hacerlas. No las recomiendo hacer tan grandes porque después va a ser un poco complicado a la hora de freírlas.
  4. Una vez listas las bolitas poner en una sartén aceite suficiente y caliente y vamos colocando de 3 en 3 y vamos a sofreírlas hasta que queden doraditas OJO no quemadas. No las metan todas de una vez porque puede ser muy engorroso a la hora de voltear cada una de ellas y se les pueden quemar 😕
  5. Una vez sofritas las albóndigas procedemos a meterlas en la salsa. En otra sartén sin aceite colocamos la salsa que licuamos anteriormente dejamos que hierva y agregamos nuestras albóndigas, las bañamos y volteamos constantemente durante unos 10 minutos y listo bajamos del fuego. Podemos acompañarlas con arroz a mí me encanta con pasta corta y plátanos fritos 🤗
