- En la licuadora vamos a moler los 4 jitomates, 1/2 cebolla, 1 diente de ajo y los 3 chiles chipotles (puedes agregar más si lo quieres más picante).
- Ya que se tiene listo todo, se calienta un poco de aceite en la olla para sazonar un poco el caldillo, se agrega agua y se deja hervir.
- Ya que está hirviendo se agregan las bolitas de carne y se dejan cocer durante 30 minutos con la flama media, se agregan las hojitas de hierbabuena.
