- Sellarlas en una olla con aceite y reservar. Salsa: saltear la cebolla y echar el puré junto con los demás ingredientes. Volcar a esta salsa las albóndigas y cocinar hasta que llegue a su punto (1 hora fuego suave). Servir con arroz blanco.
