- En el caso de hacerlas con almejas es el momento de añadirlas dejamos que se abran e incorporamos las albóndiga, dejamos cocer 5 minutos y espolvoreamos con un poco más de perejil picado
- Si te gusta la salsa un poco picante añade a cayena junto con los ajos.
