  5. En el aceite que hemos frito las albóndigas echamos la media cebolla cortada a la juliana (muy finita) y una cucharadita pequeña de harina y mover muy bien.
  6. Añadirle 2 bolitas de pimienta negra, 1 pastilla de avecrem, 1 vaso pequeño de vino blanco y una pizca de azafrán. Remover muy bien todo y esperar a que evapore el vino blanco
  7. Y por último...una vez evaporado el vino añadir agua hasta cubrir la mitad de las albóndigas y esperar a que espese y.....listo!!!
