- Para la salsa sofreímos la cebolla y el pimiento y cuando esté casi hecho le añadimos el tomate triturado y el Avecrem y seguimos cocinando un par de minutos
- Después le añadimos el agua y la harina y le damos un par de vueltas para después apagar el fuego y pasar todo eso por la batidora, debe quedar una salsa espesita y si no lo está lo suficiente podéis dejar la salsa al fuego un par de minutos más.
- Una vez lista la salsa añadimos las albóndigas en ella y la dejamos cocinar a fuego lento unos 5 minutos para que las albóndigas cojan el sabor de la salsa.
