- 2 huevos
- 50 gr pan rallado

- Empezaremos preparando el caldo... Freímos en AOVE 2 dientes de ajo enteros, cuando esté dorado añadimos las cebollas cortadas a la mitad y 200gr de guisantes ~Sal y pimienta~ y dejamos cocinar
- Cuando ya tenemos nuestro caldo sabroso ~30 min. Aprox.~ quitamos los ajos y las cebollas y añadimos las hojas de albahaca. Trituramos con la batidora y lo pasamos por un chino. LISTO NUESTRO CALDO!!
- Vamos con las albóndigas!!! En un cuenco ponemos la carne picada, 2 huevos, un chorrito de AOVE, 50gr de pan rallado, 200 gr de guisantes crudos pelados, sal y pimienta. MEZCLAMOS TODO BIEN!!!!
- Hacemos nuestras albóndigas (bolitas) pequeñas y cuando las tengamos todas.. las cocinamos en el caldo que hemos preparado. A fuego fuerte (que hierva el caldo) EL CALDO TIENE QUE CUBRIR LAS ALBÓNDIGAS!! Dejamos cocinar 8 minutos y apagamos!!!
- Servimos y añadimos 2 o 3 hojitas de albahaca como decoración (opcional) y un hilo de AOVE.
- Ya estarían nuestras deliciooooosas y verdes albóndigas!!! Yo tardé unos 40 minutos en hacer todo (mientras el caldo cocinaba iba preparando las "bolitas".
