Vamos a hacer la salsa.Ponemos una olla amplia con fondo de aceite y añadimos la cebolla y los ajos picados con un poco de sal. - Cuando esté pochada la cebolla, añadimos la cúrcuma, Garam Masala, cayena y tomate, removemos bien y añadimos la leche de coco y el caldo donde habremos disuelto la maicena, dejamos cocer tapado 10 minutos y trituramos, añadimos las albóndigas y dejamos cocer 10 minutos más tapado y listo, servir con un poco de cilantro picado y un poco de ajonjolí y arroz blanco para acompañar y que no falte pan.
