  1. 1 rebanada Pan de Molde
  2. 1/2 vaso de leche
  3. 250 gr carne de cerdo picada
  4. 250 gr carne de ternera picada
  5. 2 dientes ajo picado
  6. Sal y pimienta
  7. 1 huevo batido
  8. Harina
  9. Aceite de Oliva
  10. 1 Cebolla
  11. 2 dientes Ajo laminados
  12. Laurel
  13. 1 cucharadita curry en polvo
  14. 1 Lata cerveza
  15. 1 vaso Caldo de Carne

  1. Para hacer las albóndigas, ponemos en un recipiente una rebanada de pan de molde troceada, echamos un poco de leche, y con un tenedor empapamos bien el pan con la leche, esto le va a dar jugosidad,
    añadimos la carne picada, le agregamos uno o dos dientes de ajo picado, y un puñado de perejil fresco picado.
  2. Le ponemos sal al gusto, y también  pimienta, batimos un huevo y se lo añadimos también a la carne, y mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes, cogemos una cuchara para darle forma redondeada. Ahora pasamos las albóndigas por harina, y las freímos en una sartén con aceite de oliva, dándole la vuelta para que se hagan por todas partes.
    Cuando estén doradas las sacamos en un plato ponemos papel de cocina para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
  3. Para la salsa:
    En una cazuela ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y pochamos una cebolla troceada, y uno o dos dientes de ajo laminados, cuando empiece a tomar color, echamos unas hojas de laurel, una cucharadita de curry en polvo, y damos unas vueltas para que se integre bien con el sofrito.
    Ahora le echamos una lata de cerveza y dejamos que cueza y que el alcohol evapore durante 3 m a fuego medio.
    Pasado ese tiempo añadimos un vaso de caldo de carne, y dejamos que hierva durante 6 m.
  4. A mi la salsa me gusta batirla, pero si te gusta la cebolla a trocitos puedes dejarla así y no batir, eso a tu gusto, pero acuérdate de quitar antes las hojas de laurel, ahora pasamos las albóndigas ya fritas a la salsa, tapamos la cazuela para que se haga antes y quede más concentrada la salsa, y lo dejamos cocer 20 m, hasta que la salsa haya reducido hasta la mitad y listas para comer.
