Mientras se va haciendo el refrito vamos rallando los dos tomates y vamos haciendo el majado del pan con una cucharada de pimentón otra de comino y los 2 clavos y le echamos un poco del caldo para poder machacando todo yo lo hice con la picadora.
- Ahora añadiremos el tomate rallado a la olla y dejamos que se fría un poquito y le echamos un vaso de vino blanco y dejamos que evapore el alcohol.
- Por último añadimos el majado del pan con especias el caldo y las albóndigas y dejamos cocer unos 20 o 25 min y listo!!
