- En primer lugar, ponemos en un plato hondo, un buen chorreón de leche, y dejamos mojar nuestro pan duro.
- Mientras se empapa bien nuestro pan, en un bol tendremos preparada nuestros 350gr de carne (es relativo, ya que compre 500 gr y le quite una pequeña cantidad para otra comida). Añadiremos a nuestra carne un puñado de pan rallado. Yo utilizo uno que viene con ajo y perejil
- Integramos el pan rallado, y a continuación, añadimos el pan remojado en leche. Volvemos a mezclar todo junto. De que este mezclado, añadimos 1 huevo.
- Cuando ya hemos mezclado todos los ingredientes de paso anterior, añadimos nuestras especias, al gusto, y volvemos a integrar todo, yo añadí estas;
- Después ponemos en un bol un puñado de harina y cogemos la carne, hacemos bolitas y las untamos en la harina. Después añadiremos nuestras bolitas en una sartén con aceite.
- De que tengamos selladas nuestras albóndigas, las retiramos en un plato. Y nos ponemos a sofreír la calabaza, los pimientos, la cebolla, y dos o tres cabezas de ajos. Ya cortados en cachos, todas las verduras
- Cuando estén pochaditas nuestras verduras, yo intenté, y digo intente porque utilice una batidora que no iba bien, en vez de coger la que si, y trituramos🤣
- Añadiremos a nuestra olla un vaso de agua y el caldo de carne (utilizar un brick si no tenéis, el mío es casero que tenía congelado), dejamos que se deshaga y ponga a hervir.
- Cuando empiece a hervir, añadiremos nuestras verduras, que como podéis ver no se quedaron trituradas al 100%, ni al 50%, pero que bueno, no importa🤣. Y añadimos también nuestras albóndigas. Dejaremos hacerse por 20 minutitos más o menos, y quedaran unas albóndigas muy blanditas. Buen provecho
