- Calentamos una cazuela y añadimos cuatro cucharadas de aceite, doramos ligeramente las albóndigas y las reservamos.
- En la trituradora echamos la cebolla, los pimientos y un ajo. Lo trituramos bien pero no demasiado fino, lo volcamos todo en la cazuela con el aceite de las albóndigas añadidos sal y lo dejamos sofreír a fuego medio unos ocho o diez minutos.
- A continuación añadimos el tomate triturado y dejamos reducir un poco, echamos el vino, la albahaca, el comino y el pimentón removemos y dejamos cocinar unos minutos removiendo de vez en cuando, finalmente añadimos las albóndigas y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento unos diez o doce minutos “si fuera necesario podríamos añadir un poco de agua”.
