- Relleno: poner todas las verduras en una olla y cocinar echándole agua para que no se quemen. Una vez cocidas agregarle la salsa de soja previamente mezclada con el azúcar. Dejar enfriar.
- Masa: mezclar la harina y el agua. Calentar una sartén antiadherente, pincelar con la mezcla y volver al fuego hasta que se despegue una de las puntar, despegar con cuidado. Ojo porque la masas masas se pegan si las encimamos.
- Armado: humedecer la masa poner un poco de preparación sobre una de las puntas enrollar una vuelta con la masa, doblar los costados hacía adentro y seguir enrollando.
- Cocción: si los hacen al horno poner en una fuente aceitada y llevarlo a horno precalentado y a máximo. Si los van a freír, calentar bien el aceite.
